Or in other words, it is an electronic revolution, made possible by the marriage of television & computer technologies.
Traditionally, television has been a medium of the masses; it has been a major provider of news, information, & entertainment, placing our role as the passive viewer.
Television is more than just an electronics system, however, it is a means of expression, a vehicle for communication, & as well as a powerful tool for reaching other human beings.
