　　新学期开始啦！Are you ready for the new term? 让我们学习一些课堂上经常用到的口语，用英语和老师同学们尽情对话吧!　Come on; it's ENGLISH time!

　　It is time for class.

　　Mr. Smart comes in.

　　"Good morning, class," says Mr. Smart.

　　"Good morning, Mr. Smart," says the class.

　　提示：上课前要记得和老师问好哦！Good morning, Good afternoon 要记心上。

　　Jacky appears at the door.

　　He is late.

　　"I'm sorry. May I come in?" asks Jacky.

　　" Yes, you may. Come in, please." answers Mr. Smart.

　　提示：迟到可就不好了。如果你迟到了，一定先说“I'm sorry.” (对不起)。

　　Then Mr. Smart begins to call the roll.

　　"Jane!" calls Mr. Smart.

　　"Here," answers Jane.

　　提示：老师点名时，听到自己名字要回答here。

　　"Sophia!" continues Mr. Smart.

　　There is no answer.

　　Sophia is absent.

　　"What's wrong with Sophia?" asks Mr. Smart.

　　"She is ill and has to take a day's leave.” answers Amy.

　　提示：有事要提前请假，这可是尊重老师的表现！

　　Mr. Smart begins the class.

　　Mary raises her hand.

　　"I have a question," says Mary.

　　"Go ahead!" says Mr. Smart.

　　提示：上课提问要先举手。Raise your hand before you ask a question.

　　Mr. Smart asks a question.

　　John raises his hand.

　　"I know the answer," says John.

　　"Good boy!" says Mr. Smart.

　　提示：回答问题也要先举手，这样才有礼貌哦！

　　Mr. Smart writes a word on the blackboard.

　　Nancy raises her hand.

　　"I can't read it," says Nancy.

　　"Move to the front of the class," says Mr. Smart.

　　提示：如果看不见黑板，一定要告诉老师,不然可就要影响你上课的效果啦。

　　Mr. Smart tells a story.

　　Danny raises his hand.

　　"May I please go to the bathroom?" asks Danny.

　　Mr. Smart smiles.

　　"Yes, you certainly can," he replies.

　　提示：想上厕所也不要害羞，直接告诉老师就OK啦！
